Sleep() Function Added

Jyro has added a Sleep() function that allows a script to pause for the specified number of milliseconds. Although this functionality is probably not useful in a pure data pipeline processing scenario, it is useful for pairing with function calls that depend on real world events.

You can check out Jyro 0.9.3 at Nuget and on Github.
